Q: Where are you located?

CMM Clothing is a small family-oriented business located in Vancouver, BC. Products are made by the owner in Canada and sold exclusively online. 

Q: Do you ship worldwide? 

Yes, we ship world-wide. The shipping rate is calculated by lowest possible rate based on weight.

Q: What is the currency for your prices? 

All prices and orders are processed in CAD. 

Q: How can I opt out of the shipping fee?

If you are residing in Vancouver, you may opt out of the shipping fee by picking up your order at our main locations in Burnaby (UBC Vancouver location temporarily closed). Please contact us through the "Contact" tab on our website for the pick-up address and the available time frame for pickup.

Q: Can I return or exchange my order?

All sales are FINAL to prevent the spread of COVID infections. We are taking this safety measure to protect our customers from the risk of contracting the infection. Please measure your head circumference to select an accurate hat size. 

Q: How long does it take to complete my order?

Generally, wait time is 1-2 weeks; however, our website will indicate the current wait time which may vary (longer for the holiday season).

Q: How long is shipping?

Delivery time varies per customer location. For Canada and the United States, it is generally 2 weeks. For the rest of the world, it varies between 4-6 weeks. Expect delays in shipping across seas due to COVID and holiday seasons. 

Q: Can I TRACK shipping?

1. Tracking numbers for shipping is available for orders in Canada and the United States.

2. For the rest of the world, there are 3 shipping options with tracking numbers: Priority Worldwide, Xpresspost International, Tracked Packet International. If you are ordering outside of Canada and the US, we suggest selecting one of those 3 options for tracked and faster shipping at checkout. All other shipping options do not provide tracking numbers. 

Q: Who pays for international customs? 

International taxes, fees and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Q: Are the animal fabrics ethically sourced? 

All fabrics for our hats are 100% FAUX!  

Q: How do I wash my bucket hat? 

Wash using cold water on a delicate cycle and a small amount of mild detergent. Do NOT use fabric softeners. Only wash when absolutely necessary, not recommended.
