Thank you for shopping with Chi Em Moments. Please read our terms and conditions carefully to ensure that you are aware of our policy when placing orders on our website. By ordering from Chi Em Moments, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

You must provide the correct details at the time of purchase. You may be required to provide additional details upon request to ensure the accuracy of your order. You must enter the correct delivery address and delivery instructions at the time of purchase. If a shipping address is entered incorrectly, Chi Em Moments is not obliged to remake and re-ship the order. If an order returns to us due to incorrectly entered address from you, extra delivery cost incurred in this process must be paid before we re-send the product to you.

You are strongly encouraged to ensure your correct hat measurements before purchasing. Chi Em Moments is not responsible for orders placed in the wrong size. 

Please select the correct and preferred method of shipping at checkout. Refer to the FAQ section regarding shipping methods with and without tracking numbers and shipping time. Please expect shipping delays due to COVID-19. Delays in shipping are not the responsibility of Chi Em Moments.  

Once an order is placed, payment is non-refundable due to the safety concerns of COVID-19. To ensure the prevention of infections for customers and staff we do not accept returns or exchanges of sizes once an order is placed, thus all sales are final. 

We are not responsible for damages to the product caused by the customer. All products are prepped and sealed with professional products to ensure that designs are long-lasting. 

All prices quoted on the website are in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Promotional codes can only be applied at the time of order, not after.

Generally, processing time is 1 week; however, our website will indicate the current wait time which may vary. Delays may also occur when ordering around holidays.

Once items are shipped out, we are not responsible for items lost, missing, or damaged by the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays in deliveries made by the shipping carrier. All claims are customers' responsibility with the carrier (USPS/Canada Post). International taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Chi Em Moments reserves the right to cancel and/or refund orders at any time, including the right to cancel your order after it has been submitted due to inaccuracies on our website, incorrect payment information, insufficient shipping information, and/or suspected fraudulent information. You will not be entitled to compensations for any damage or loss of time or inconvenience which may result from such cancellation.
